The crocheted poodle bottle cover, which I snap up every time I see them, is the Washington Monument of Kitsch, an iconic vision that shall remain a proud symbol of the genre as long as there are bottles to cover.
So many of these were homemade. I have an MIB Knit-Wit kit that contains the makings of a gray one should I ever decide to open it. Homemade Kitsch is my favorite because there are so many chances for the crafter to go wrong. Looks like they got it right here other then I miss the little felt tongue that many people stick on to make Fifi even more lifelike.
