This is a large one gallon can of Chief paint and varnish thinner featuring a Native American chief in full war bonnet headdress. The colors are vibrant and beautiful. The manufacture company was Chicago Paints Inc. I was able to find this can on ebay and a couple of other auction sites and it is believed to be from the 1960’s and the original price was $1.29, but that’s all the info I could find (an internet search yielded no other info on Chicago Paints).
