LOVVVE THIS!! Absolutely perfect use of a starfish.

Awww, the woman at the jewelry store by my shop makes these! Aren’t they adorable? Courtney does even finer features for Santa then this one. I was mesmerized watching her paint w/her fine little brush.
Actually, upon seeing this entry yesterday Pigmy Will and Feathers were discussing adding the starfish Santas to their line of Christmas ornaments next years. Denny, do the starfish just wash up on Cape Cod or do you have to buy them? We could all be in business together! And the dancers are a fabulous idea.

I have seen the starfish in bulk in our local souvenir shops. But they are all closed for the season. Let’s talk about sea life projects! This sounds like fun…..
When I dig for fresh muscles (it’s been a while), that is usually when I find the starfish. I was a total freak one year bringing home half a boat full of starfish for my mother and some of them the size of your head. Mom collects sea life as some of you may or may not know…..

Love this! And did you chose that background because it sort of evokes sand?
Allee Willis
Or flannel?
