I love these! There is a pair of these plastic flasks that sit in the kitchen at “Willis Wonderland”. There are certain items that take up permanent spots in the house such as these pieces of kitsch! See the other side of this guy!

See, you can put anything in here, even your orange juice, although that isn’t on this list. I can’t figure out why I would put “deodorant” in here?

These ancient food snacks sit right between the set of flasks you see here in this post. She looks familiar!

Hip Nip and Hot Nip are two of the most popular things in my house judging from the number of comments they get when people pass through my kitchen. I always keep them filled with yellow water as Hip Nip suggests urine as one of the substances to keep inside of him. I hope no one has ever taken him seriously. Here’s my blog about Hip and Hot for a lot of detail shots: https://www.alleewillis.com/blog/2009/07/15/allee-willis-kitsch-o-the-day-hot-nip-and-hip-nip-plastic-flasks/

As far as the Space Food Sticks go, I was never that into vintage food products until I saw aKitschionado Jack’s posts, which were primarily vintage food and food advertising artifacts. I wasn’t even aware of Space Food Sticks back in the day but my eyes are now open to these kind of products that certainly deserve a dusted shelf here at AWMOK. Here’s Jack’s stuff: https://www.alleewillis.com/awmok/kitschenette/author/jack/

God bless Denny! The series goes to Part 153. And mind you, he’s never even opened the drawers or closets yet. Not to mention see the 2000 sq. foot storage garage….

yeah, seriously…….denny is the man!!!!!! ya know, Taschen should do a series of books on your stuff…maybe by era? hmmmmm how could they categorize everything?? Maybe we should get a petition going?!

        • Allee Willis

Taschen shoulda done a book on Willis Wonderland long ago. (Not just the contents but the creative work it’s inspired that was created here.) But, alas, they have no idea who I am over there. On the other hand, AWMOK takes great pride in cataloging Denny’s work from his first painting on.

I just lost my breath! I think it was Allee’s idea to do the series like this! Last trip to Willis Wonderland did produce 153 posts in this series! :)

When I am at WW, Allee lets me loose with my Canon and I just go til the camera battery dies and needs recharging.

I love when people share their passion.

Wind Up – This sounds so silly but I actually deleted my blog “Betty Crocker”. When I am loyal to something and have as much passion in awmok.com as it’s owner, you can tell where my loyalty lies and why I deleted my blog.
