Brewed in Detroit…
A great Kitschy Bowling Shirt from Detroit’s Pfeiffer Beer…actually, it looks like it’s from Ed, a member of Detroit’s Pfeiffer Beer Bowling Team…
Colors are great, it’s a vintage Rayon by Nat Nast …”The King of Bowling Shirts”.. It has “Ed” embroidered over one pocket, and a “Johnny Fifer” patch over the other.
It must of been very colorful at all the bowling alleys in Detroit, on the nights the Pfeiffer Beer Teams were bowling…smile

Gorgeous and in incredible condition. I remember Pfeiffers well though I wasn’t a beer drinker when I was in Detroit and haven’t become one since. I still do collect Stroh’s memorabilia though as I remember that building so well. Anyway, this is a killer shirt. Nat Nast is/was an ultra-popular brand with really well made shirts. And there was no better city to bowl in than Detroit in the 50’s and 60’s. Balls and shoes as souped-up as the cars as I remember it.
