The “direction booklet” to this skin product boasts its product as “Sensational as a Drama!” How could any woman resist a treatment that’s not only “dainty,” but also “refreshing?” Well, the original owner of this treatment did– I found it at a garage sale and it’s never been used.

The brochure mentions it’s “in use by teen-agers, career men and women… social leaders… housewives…” so I may have to give it a try. I tend to rely on world famous harpists for all my skin-care needs.

Here are a few more products that Julie Kellar offers. Note the almost-as-bad-as-a-foreign-translation ad copy in the Chin Strap section.

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant! First of all, your subject line was most intriguing. Second, your diligent documentation is most appreciated. Third, I’m still gasping for breath that a product would be sold on the basis of a cream being applied and then the gunk that you lift off your face is actually touted as a gorgeous veil.

The before and after photos of the 75-year-old woman treated in a New York hotel salon are great. Just change the hairstyle and blur the photo.

“IT’S DRAMA IN ITSELF” is fantastic! This makes me want to sit through a Julie Kellar harp performance, something I never thought I’d hear myself say.

    This submission kills me!

I love that social leaders use this product as well.
