I have no idea about the history of this picture or the lady featured in it…….I’m assuming she might be a kootch dancer or something but regardless, she ha the most stunning hair I have ever seen on any human being ever!  Geezus, look at the size of her cigarette, the panties, the shoes, the racoon eye makeup but it’s all about the hair for me.
