These records were made as much for the Looking as they were for the Listening. I stopped in my tracks when I came upon these albums of Ray Coniff, Anita Bryant and Percy Faith in beautiful living color. Between these vixens and such titles as “I Love How You Love Me” and “Turn Around Look At Me”, who could resist?
I wonder if these were some of the records being played over Muzak systems in department stores back in the day. We know who Anita is, but who are the other women adorning Ray’s and Percy’s album covers? Do you think any of them appeared in a James Bond movie?

Great collection of LPs here! I LOVE all this stuff! Always have/always will. Except for Anita Bryant’s politics, which are HORRENDOUS. May she choke on her orange juice before she sings another note.

Hahahaha! It’s all about their hair-do’s. But I noticed that Anita does have her arms folded and a trace of don’t-f**k-with-me on her face, whereas the others look so relaxed and carefree.

Yeah, Anita Bryant can suck it when it comes to her politics! Yo La Tengo’s version of In My Little Corner of the World is a trillion plus infinity better anyway…Great album covers all around though!
