    Love that Charlie Brown is there to play with the ol’ folks.

    I’ve never seen this before. Really exceptional.

    What year do you think this was made? 70’s?

      Thanks! I’m glad you like it. I figure it dates from the early 70s, that’s about the age of the apartment complex. They’ve taken good care of it. I know of one other of these in Kansas. They also made one with a faux Mickey Mouse, a Yogi Bear, and who knows what else.
