I was going through Allee’s drawers (okay that doesn’t sound quite right but…) outside and was pretty flipped out over the glassware she has! Amazing stuff.

I don’t need to tell you that that’s just the tip of the kitschberg of the glasses I’ve collected over the years.
I have a bunch of the ones in the top photo, wrapped in wood or bamboo of some sort with gold ribbing. They’re weren’t especially rare when I first started collecting them and there were a bunch of them around. Much harder to find these days though.
I have four of the argyle glasses in the second photo.
The African dancer one in the third photo is one of three I still have left. I used to have 6. They’re one of my most favorite sets.
I store all of these in storage areas outside because none of them are dishwasher safe, and around here that means trouble.

I could give them a safe home…tho the tile floor has claimed at least one glass i wish it wouldn’t have. I guess that’s why i use the fine plastic Mardi Gras cups almost exclusively.

This made me laugh. I use the same, plastic, obnoxiously large drinking cups almost daily. :)

I def need to go through these drawers and take my time.
Your collections are pretty amazing and need to be seen to be believed!
