Bumper Cars (Off the Reservation Volume 2)

I love this picture of a group (what is a group of street-legal bumper cars called, a collison?) picture because it shows the different eras of bumper cars that were in this case actually converted to street-legal use.  You can see how they were designed to look similar to the cars of their day.  Sadly, the DMV caught the pictures of these boys cruising around San Diego, and revoked the street-legal status.

They were manufactured by a very creative guy who put actual vintage bumper cars on Kawasaki ATV components.  I’m guessing they are very fast.

I would love to see this guy driving down Wilshire in Westwood.  “FUNYWUD” is the license plate.
