Vintage Alka Seltzer Dispenser

I bought this at a garage sale and the woman I bought it form told me it sat on her Grandfather’s bar. She said this is about 50 years old. It is missing the blue globe that would house all the tablets. You turn teh blue knob, a tablet drops into place, then you pull back a lever that releases the tablet.
