    Bagels should always be colored, though I probably would go with something other than green to best spotlight the lox that should be slapped in the middle.

    hmm I worked in ems too long to look at this as anything other than something very wrong that has fallen out of someone at the wrong time…..just doesn’t look edible to me…..just looked at it again…nope..i’d cover this with a sheet….
