Not sure what I’m missing here re the “I love frogs!” title but there are a lot of nifty things in these photos, not the least of which is the one frog item, the second to last photo of the pitcher.

Many of these things deserve separate posts, one item to a post but multiple shots of the item being preferable. That fruit sculpture is great, though you’ll probably have to make a fresh one. Also the two cat pitchers and what looks like a tray, a saucer and the creamer with the leaf pattern next to the pudgier cat pitcher.

Great post!! Wooha, love the frog pitcher… Does the beautiful polka dot cat smile like the Cheshire Cat in Alice??

Yes! and the blue pig was made with a toilet paper roll, covered in what looked more like gingerbread than clay!

I am sorry I loaded everything at once! I have had difficulty with this, but will try again! The black and white photo is of my parents with Jayne Mansfield and Mamie Van Doren. Today I will go unearth more treasures still packed away from my recent (3 1.2 yrs) move to NorCal. Then, off to the thrift store!

I’d rather see all the nothing so absolutely no problem! I just want to get a close-up look at everything.

Did you make the blue pig? Love that he started with a toilet paper roll.

How did your parents end up with Jayne Mansfield and Mamie van Doren? Wow!

Where did you move to Northern California from and where are you in NoCal?

I did not make the blue pig (Rosie) she was an amazing find for 80 cents. I foolishly gave her away to my niece! My bio is true. my father was Tommy Noonan, he wrote, directed and starred in “nudie”movies with Jayne Mansfield, Mamie Van Doren, and other buxsom blondes. He was also in A Star is Born, and Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, among many others. He died in 1968 at age 46. I was 10. I moved from Calabasas to a town called Sebastopol, about an hour north of SF. It is in the whine country, between Santa Rosa and Bodega Bay. I have 13 year old twins, and it is a nice atmosphere, And I don’t have to buy them Porsches to drive to school! Thank you so much for this website, it really is like a support group (or a religion) to me! I didn’t realize how many share my passion! I will post more soon!
