This is the smaller sized lamps that accent the sides of the Civic Center in Oklahoma City. A building lucky enough to hold The Color Purple. So,at times, it can be gorgeous inside and out.

Is the Civic Center an old Deco building or a newer one? Do you know if these lights were put there when the building was first built or are they by any chance reproductions? I’m hoping the former as they’re so gorgeous.
About how tall and how round is this one?

4 ft. tall 3 ft. wide ..aprox. The building and the lights are original. I suspect a WPA project. Its magic that you got me out of the house..and to that musical. I floated home on a vaporous purple cloud,smilin’ like Our Little Pigmy friend.
