Who doesn’t like to play jokes on someone using fake olives and cherrys?

In general, I’m a sucker for any kind of old vintage thing still wrapped in its original plastic. As a kid, I used to constantly invest my quarter allowance in fake cherries and olives. And flies in plastic ice cubes. My parents always knew I stuck a fake one in their drinks but went through the motions with me every time, God bless them.
I love the little Chanukah bottle warmer. I tried to find another one because I wanted to wear them as socks but had no luck.
I got those olive toothpicks back in the 80s. I always felt that the split should have been on the side of the olive as opposed to the top but otherwise still love them.
I don’t even remember when I bought the Rubbermaid coasters. In general, I love things made out of flimsy rubber but I doubt I’ve even opened these.
The last photo, the microphone lighter, is literally one of my favorite things I own. It works perfectly and I can’t begin to tell you how many famous musicians and singers have picked it up thinking it was a real microphone.

The olives do kill me and I’ve been on the lookout for them ever since. I don’t know what I would do with them but maybe just stare at them o display?

fabulous all…..i LOVE the chanukah cozy…especially since the last thing ya wanna do is warm up wine, especially if ya live in LA and it’s 80 degrees in the winter!
