These canisters regularly were selling for $3.00 and Joan of Arc Thrift Shop is having a 50% housewares sale. So these ended up costing me a whopping $1.50.
This little teapot was priced separately and cost 75 cents.

This is a really unusual set, both the ceramic design, shape and the items included. It’s rare to see “cookies” included. That’s usually a larger standalone item. Most of these kitchen canister sets were also made of plastic so these are a real find.
$1.50 is an outrageous price for these!
I’m guessing they were made in the 60s but they’re really kind of timeless so I wouldn’t be surprised at the date whenever they were made.

What kills me about the canisters is that the one for “cookie”. Where’s the “S”….?

Wow, I didn’t even catch the missing ‘s’! Of course, now I love the these even more.
