I never was a Barbie person but i was a total Ponytail fanatic. I never realized they hooked up on anything.

I have tons of Ponytail things- a looselef, treasure box, deskette ( my most prized possession growing up), glass case, dictionary and diary. But i never even knew this existed. It’s more detailed than most Ponytail art.

The shadow on her legs kill me.

This piece is pretty rare, I hope you got a good deal!

Allee: Ponytail made a number of Barbie items in the early 60s, including doll cases, wallets, folders, and this diary, among a few other things. There is a book about vinyl barbie objects like this one. Also there are some Ponytail items from after Ponytail lost the Barbie license that are obviously “Barbie”, just minus the logo. I have a Ponytail lunchbox, I’m sure you’ll want to see it. =)

Yes, absolutely the P theonytail lunchbox! That’s one thing that I not only didn’t have, I don’t know that I’ve ever seen one.

sadly no. i can’t remember what happened to it. although it could very well be stashed away in my mom’s basement.
