YOU’VE GOT MAIL….
I was thrilled to find this kitschy Flamingo mailbox shopping in Florida.. It’s a classic mailbox with the flap/slot top to insert the mail, the door opens to get the mail, and the unique viewing holes along the bottom will let you check for mail. It’s inside now because It’s a little small for today’s mail..

Absolutely STUNNING! I’m swooning just thinking about what piece of architecture this came off of. I hope one of the staggering Deco apartment complexes.
Seeing as it’s too small for actual mail I would probably still put this on the door to my recording studio and drop notes in when the door is shut to keep the cats out at night so they don’t set off the alarm. I’m an incessant note writer at night and hate going through them in the morning. But if I got to slip them through this box it would motivate me to do it in an excellent frame of mind.
