Studio mix from 12/3/83 session of a ‘Nilsson singing Ono’ collaboration. Three of the eight recordings from the sessions were included on a Yoko Ono Lennon tribute record, “Every Man Has A Woman”, released on Polydor in 1984.

Love this! I always valued the cassettes I brought home from the studio that were taped right off the speakers more than I did the actual records or CDs as everyone could have those but no one else had a mix from any one particular session or overdub.
How close is this to the actual record and how early in the recording process was it?

As far as I know they were finished recording basics and overdubs. This was a rough mix after the final session for Harry to take home and listen.
