This is an art deco style cowboy decanter and shot glass caddy produced in Germany (circa 1930’s). He has a pretty face that looks more like a refined Rudolph Valentino as opposed to a rugged John Wayne type. His 10 gallon hat (along with his head) lifts off to pour the booze into one of his six shot glasses which are nested within his chaps. Notice this guy has a gun under his gun belt that is cocked and ready to shoot! Not someone you want to mess with in a crooked poker game even if he does look like a dandy.
