This game really does kill me. I collect early computer games like this, i.e. games that had absolutely nothing to do with computers but were manufactured around the time when the public was starting to get intrigued by them despite knowing so little about what a computer was that a company could get away with telling people to flip a marble and Dr. Nim will “flop his plastic elements, thus operating Dr. Nim as a computer”. So I love that this actually has absolutely nothing to do with a computer. I also love that the computer expert had to be a non-American, the roly-poly and Orientally exotic Dr. Nim.

Was Dr. Nim based on some character or something or was the name made up for this game?
