I submit my Bongorine in tribute to Jerrie Thill. We are all lucky to be exposed to her talent. I love her promotional pictures as well. My favorite picture is of her at the mantle in the same pose as the framed black and white picture of her above the mantle.

Thank you again, Joan. These were just the kind of bongos that Jerrie would’ve loved so they’re a very fitting tribute.
I’m crazy about sparkle finish drums of any kind. I have a pair of of pearlized ice white bongos of this same vintage but you have something on these that I don’t think I’ve ever seen before and it explains a mystery about a bunch of bongos I have. I never could figure out what the little slits in the side were and now I see that the little tambourine metals go there. I’m wild about this set.
