There is no date on this. I found this item at the Salvation Army and the only thing it is missing is the top lid of the cardboard box. 6 inches tall.

Looks to be 1940’s or 50’s by the fonts and graphics. Very trendy product at the time as moms got more and more help with their babies from corporate America.
