A Book About Cheese…..

A thrift shop find. One can never eat enough cheese. There are no pics in this book which was what I was hoping for when I bought it.

    How can you have a book about cheese complete with recipes, legends, anecdotes and fromage history and then have no pictures? Talk about missing an incredible opportunity!

    How many pages in the book? I would guess it’s either incredibly tiny, though that’s an awful lot of subjects to cram into a tiny book, or it’s an incredibly cheap publisher.

    Also, what year?

    Cheese makes me puffy in the morning if I eat it the night before.
