Beautiful! How large is this? Did he always draw a bunch of smaller ones together or were there ever a single larger ones? These remind me of the Valentine’s Day cards you send each other as each sketch appears to be napkin size.

This would make absolutely FANTASTIC fabric. I want a shirt made out of this!

All 7 are painted directly on a 11″x15″ board. Each illustration is about 2.5″ to 3.5″ high. No single larger ones. Allee, how do we get it to the fabric stage? I’m game.

I wish I knew the answer to that is people have been telling me for years that my images should be made into fabric which I totally agree with. I’m not the one for extensive research gathering when something needs to be manufactured. As soon as I see numbers my eyes start to cross. It really would make beautiful fabric though so if you’re up to it please research it online. It would make such a gorgeous print. I’ll ask around on this end too.

That looks like a great site. I’ve thought about doing fabric for about 30 years. This looks like a great way to experiment.

I lost my garment center connections years ago. Darn! I’ll share your compliments and sit Bob down at the computer to actually see what he hears me say about awmok. He’s not computer oriented. I’m sure this will give him the incentive to open up “the vault”. When he does, I’ll pass on more.
