This little guy was a special 25c find two summers ago. One of my favorite treasures. Unfortunately, a still snap doesn’t capture the bouncing movement of his head that goes up and down, left and right. He’s red flocked, 8″ long plus a 4″ antennae. He’s at his best when he bobbles to the music. Denny, try a nearby souvenir shop on the Cape. I’m sure that’s where this creature was from.

Anything that’s flocked, THE kitsch process for covering anything, I immediately like. I also like how the tips of his claws are sprayed black bleeding over into the red flocking. Good detail on the body too.
I’d much rather have Denny find something like this to spice up his buoys than set those traps and do damage to any of those live guys.

This is fabulous. One thing though, our Lobster trapping is over now as Ernie and I don’t know how to take little boats out etc, Dad would do that part and we would pull the traps. Dad has parkinson’s and is no longer able to do any of this. It always made me nuts having to reach in and remove them. but I don’t mind the decorative aspect of this stuff around the house. So it’s okay Allee, there is no chance Ernie and I will ever be trapping again. I absolutely love this bobble head and have never seen a lobster bobble! When the shops open (on the road that leads to P-Town), I will have to stop and inspect! I would absolutely put this on the dashboard of my little Cabriolet convertible!

Living on the water makes your dashboard the perfect place for your own bobble head lobster to see the sights from. Now if you can find miniature sunglasses for him…
