The dolls are fifties fashion doll heads on Barbie bodies. with half pin cushion legs. The lounge chair is from a doll house . everything else is a thrift shop treasure.

Love the succinctness of the story though I never personally ascribed to climbing the ladder in that fashion.
I love the relative simplicity of the piece. Is the watch on top Barbie’s legs ankle cuffs, chaining her to the casting couch tradition? Really like the fringe coming off her feather outfit.
I see you’ve gotten very fancy with your wood base. Really like it sprayed silver and the girls definitely deserve that zebra area rug.
