In the 40’s and 50’s, Florida made its’ contribution to the world with wonderful flamingos, crocs, oranges, sandy beaches and palm trees.
Today‚Ķ a large decal to make your home more like Florida when you can’t be there soaking up the sun on a beach in February.

I love love these old decals. Flamingos were about as iconic with Florida in the 40’s and 50’s as you could get.
This company made some of the best decals around. When I first started collecting I was finding a lot of these and most of them were made by this company. I think it says Meyercord in your photo. I just recognize the blue packaging and still snap them up whenever I see them though I never transfer the decals onto anything as I like them better in the packaging.

I love these too. I wish they still made them because I would put them on stuff, but I can never bring myself to try using the vintage ones.

Nessa the vintage decals I found, no longer transfer as one piece. The vanish coating that holds it togther has dried out and it fell apart in the water. I understand there’s a product out there, you can make your own decals.
