Allee Willis The only reason I haven’t given this a CertifiKitsch of AuthenKitschity is that the photo’s so small no one can really appreciate what it is. This tool kit was all the rage in the 1960s and was the crafts equivalent of macram√©. Knit-Wits account for probably three quarters of all of those knit French Poodle bottle covers not to mention every other goofy, cheesy knit anything that existed in that decade. I have the full set. The booklet that comes with it is outrageous, with directions for how to turn out one crazy thing after another. Do you own this? if so, please open it up and shoot some of the stuff inside of it. It’s mindblowing!!!!! February 25th, 2010
