A local told me that you pronounce it “KRAPPO”, but he may have been pulling my leg. He seemed pretty serious. What kills me here is the combo of items that could be discussed here.

I love street signs where whoever named the street didn’t consider alternate interpretations of the name. Imagine the poor people living on Crapo who, even if it’s pronounced Crape-o, have to listen to people marvel that they live on Crap-o when they hear where they live.
How would KRAPPO be pronounced? Still looks like crap to me.

aaaaaaahhahahahahaa!!!! wow! the street name is priceless, yes, but its significance is truly magnified by the cluster of signs with it! (ok,yeah, i’m 5 years old!)
