A Genuine Plastic Moo Cow Creamer made by Whirley Industries Inc. – Warren, Penna (I’ve never seen this abbreviation for Pennsylvania before, but….each to their own) – Patent Pending, of course. I have a feeling that patent never came!
I own one of these and love it. But perhaps I don’t love anything more than the incorrect abbreviation of the state in which it was made, Penna.
I always wish the body that holds the cream had been more articulated to match that head but it’s a small complaint as this is one of my favorite creamers (of the hundreds I own).

These moo-cow creamers always remind me of those road side diners called “Stuckeys”. That is also where I would get my plastic monkey that would smoke little cigarettes! Thanks for posting this!
