This is so much the pen holder that I forget it is a half coffee up containing them. I love the spirit of this cup of java gone scribe. It maintains the kitchen esthetic while being extra functional.

I love of the idea of “java gone scribe”. Although I suspect if this were mine I might not keep all the pens in it as it’s so rare for 1/2 cup of coffee to be this large and to have so much detail painted on it. Then again, I guess it’s better to have the writing implements ensconed in a cup than rolling around the counters or floor.

Every house needs one of these. I have a junk pen bin by my door too. It doesn’t look that cool though. I love coffee.
