Fireplace Clock

A fire under a clock! It has a nice brick hearth and a log that actually lights up. I think it’s a gas log.

   When I first started collecting, this clock was one of the first things I found. My log never lit up though. But the clock worked and I started collecting similar clocks with that marbleized brown plastic case and the little scenes going on in the bottom half.

   So do you have a collection of these?

     A very small group of 4 or 5. I’ll have to show you the military clock. I got started on these because I was looking for a replacement for one that my Mother had since the 60’s. I never got a good replacement that worked for her, but I found others I liked along the way. :-)
